You are required to submit “Color Passport Size Photo”, “Letter of Invitation” and “Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation)” during your application. The Online Business eVisa transaction fee is USD 70.00 and it is non-refundable. Please make sure to submit the supporting documentations as they will be checked against the invited companies in Myanmar.

Border crossing travels which is the best possible way to avoid expensive international air tickets and seeing the nature of beauty along the road. According to Ministry of Myanmar immigration rules, you may need to apply the permission through the help of local travel agency if you would like to bring your own cars driving (or) motor bikes riding within Myanmar. Whether you travel alone or as a member of a group we will only deal with the lead booking name in all correspondence. The “lead name” must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking and have the legal capacity and authority to make travel arrangements with us. The “lead name” is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information supplied to us on behalf of all persons traveling and is fully responsible for passing on information accurately to all accompanying persons. You are entirely responsible for ensuring passports, visa, health certificates, inoculations and any other required documentation are in order before travel and arrival. Asian Discovery Travels & Tours carries no responsibility or assumes liability for your failure to provide or present correct documentation when requested or any additional costs incurred by you due to any failure by you to comply with necessary requirements. It is a condition of your booking with us that all persons traveling including infants and children are adequately insured for the duration of your trip. We accept no responsibility or liability for the injury, illness or death of you or anyone in your party.
Asian Discovery Travels & Tours programs require permit to travel thus booking is require minimum two weeks prior to commence of tour. Booking form need to be completed and either fax it to 01-383479 or email attach file to info@asiandiscoverytravel.com and asiandiscoverytravels@gmail.com “Client Liability Release Form” need to be completed. A hard copy of “Insurance Policy” to be provided to us prior to client’s departure to Myanmar. Please note booking will be accepted on the assumption of availability but will confirm them only upon confirmed receipt of the requested deposit. We may not be able to hold availability for any product or service until your deposit is received.
A deposit of 50% require upon confirmation in order to secure your booking. This may be in advance of travel by bank transfer. We will inform you of when and how to pay the balance for your travel arrangements. This may be on arrival in Myanmar by cash payment in US Dollars(please note we do not accept old, stain and torn dollar bill but accept only new and perfect condition preferably large bill). If you do not make full payment for your arrangements by the required date we will consider the booking cancelled and you will forfeit any deposit paid.
Prices quoted are net basis and valid according to the date specified on the printed, quotation, invoice etc. Asian Discovery Travels & Tours warrants that the prices or rates quoted are correct at the time of issuance but are subject to change in line with market, tax, government fees or currency fluctuation.
If you want to change any details of your travel arrangements after you have paid your deposit but before you commence those arrangements you should contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist with your request. If the change is minor we will endeavor to make the change at no further cost to you. If the change requires more work then we impose you an appropriate charge ask you to pay the charge before we action the change. Please note we may not be able to accommodate your request during “high occupation period”. In such case we will not be responsible for any lost or additional costs incurred. Should trip be canceled after deposit cancellation fee applied.
Asian Discovery Travels & Tours will not recognized any cancellation fees due from our side and if it is occurs, it is going to deals with Hotels, Airlines, Cruises, Boats, Restaurants, etc… According to their producer system and they will follow up their cancellation by mail or fax. 8 to 14 days prior to commencement of the tour: You will lose your deposit 100% of the total cost per person, 20 days prior to commencement of the tour: You will lose your 50% of the total cost per person. Additionally, no refund will be made if you abandon your travel arrangements part way through or miss any scheduled service or meals. No refund will be considered in the event that you are refused entry to Myanmar. If we have to cancel any parts of program due to unforeseen circumstance, refund will be made after deduction of 10% of the total cost per person to cover permit and other logistic expenses. However the operator will not be liable for any additional costs incurred.
Due to the weather, irregularities of domestic flight schedule may affect your tour. Asian Discovery Travels & Tours cannot be responsible for any charges you might incur as a result of these cancellations once you are in Myanmar. Should the schedule flight cancels on the planned date before depart to Myanmar then we will try to book next available flight. If this is not acceptable to you then a refund will be considered after deduction of 10% of the total cost per person to cover permit and other logistic expenses.
No refunds will be considered any unused service after commencement of the tour or expedition regardless of the reason whatsoever.
It will be compulsory for you to take your own personal travel insurance, which must cover adventure activities and include emergency evacuation as “pre condition” of booking. Full contact details of the insurance policy will need to be carried with the expedition.
Should you or any of your group members encounter a problem or complaint whilst in Myanmar he or she must immediately notify them to our field staff or to office located in Myanmar locally as soon as possible. If you or your group members do not give us the opportunity to resolve the problem locally at the time it occurs then we may not be able to solve them positively.
Asian Discovery Travels & Tours is act as agent for the companies, providing accommodation, transfers & transportation, guide service and other service assure no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents loss of damages to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provided or severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other natural calamities beyond their control. Asian Discovery Travels & Tours reserve the right to modify or reserve the original program if necessary in the interest of the clients, however will make fullest possible endeavor to keep up with the original program and arrangements as agreed upon to the best of its capacity.
You should file any complaint to us within 30 days of the final date of arrangements made by us for you. We will not enter into an investigation for any complaint received more than 30 days after you finish your travel arrangements with us.
All cancellations must be advised in writing and are accepted from the date the written confirmation is received and applied to refund guidelines below.

Travel to Putao region require government-issued permits and we will arrange those permit as and on behalf of you. The issue of a permit is beyond our control and is non-guarantee. In the event of a permit being refused we will try to offer some other program else. If this is not acceptable to you then a refund will be considered after deduction of 30% of the total cost per person to cover permit and other logistic expenses.
Dietary Restrictions (Food Allergies, Vegetarian, Etc)
Good health and physical fitness are required on all trips. If you have any medical conditions we should know about, it is very important that you list them in the additional information box. All clients must be protected by their own insurance that covers accidents, health, emergency evacuation and loss or damage to personal effects. Please note your participation will be denied unless you have adequate insurance.
